Product Limitations
- Electrical boxes - We will not spray next to a electrical panel box. We will hold back approximately 12 inches to allow future electricians to work around the panel.
- Heat emitting devices - such as furnace and hot water chimneys, pot lights we will wrap with mineral wool insulation and spray against the wool insulation.
- Fire resistance - It is not fire resistant, it will burn like plastic when exposed to open flames. The product should be covered with drywall or other non combustible material.
- Water Leaks – It will not cure leaky basements.
- Will not stick to wet, damp, oily, or dirty surfaces.
Suggestions
We should spray only after all the plumbing and electrical rough in has been completed. On older homes, we suggest that the exterior water taps be upgraded to a non-freeze tap prior to us spraying.
